Something new everytime

A couple of things happened this week. On Wednesday, I attended my first pilates class. Ha3! It went not too bad although my neck felt a bit strained after the class and i felt giddy. Maybe I was not breathing/doing the things correctly.

Then on Thursday, my dept started a PC upgrading exercise. So as of Friday, I'm now using a LCD-monitor PC. He3! The one gd thing to arise from this is that my table looks more spacious. Somehow, now I'm looking forward to go to work everyday. Funny how small things can change your mood.

Caught a movie last nite...."Le Grand Voyage". A french movie which basically describes the generation gap between a secular son and whose father is a deeply religious man. It was a touching movie of self-discovery, well worth the 3.5-4 stars given in the review. In fact I give them 4.5 nachos! B2 actually cried towards the end of the movie.

And to round off the evening, I had a cup of gelato from "Gelatissimo", chocolate hazelnut flavor. It's like having a cup full of ferrero rochers.

Life is good, what more can I ask for?

Recovery Mode

Still recovering from a bout of gastric flu. Apparently its contagious. Started off with my Brother-in-law, followed by my younger nephew, myself and now my sis is down with it.

Its bad. Started off on Hari Raya Haji with sudden onset feeling of bloatedness. Couldnt't sleep at nite. Then at 1am the floodgates opened. Vomitted and diarrhoea 4x within 7hrs. Man, i went to the toilet until there's nothing left to pass out. Gross!

Was on 2 days MC thanks to my family doctor, Dr Lee. Still on recovery process. Going for a massage this evening. I need this badly. Getting older and the body needs maintenance more often nowadays.

Engaged - Let the countdown begin

Officially dah jadi tunang orang on 01 Jan. The countdown timer has start ticking for the BIG DAY. Insya-Allah B2, we'll be together always.
